I had the privilege and honor of participating in Debbie J's 4k subbies YouTube hop. It was so fun and the energy was amazing! The theme of the hop was 'Thankful' so I decided to make a gratitude journal.
Lately, I have been really focused on gratitude. Part of my morning routine is to make a list of the things I am grateful for that day. As the day progresses, I will call out things that occur to me in the moment that I am grateful for. After a while, it becomes habit and starts to transform the vibe and energy of your day.
I have had many reasons in 2022 to be depressed, discouraged, and sometimes hopeless. This practice along with a little meditation has really helped me to reshape and refocus my thoughts and energy. We all have things to be grateful for, even when it feels like we don't. Just give it a try and see what happens.
I love designing different cover styles and this one is really fun. I made a flap that folds over the top of the cover and cut the word Gratitude out of it. I also included the scoring lines for perfect folding of the cover and inside pages. As well as the holes in the cover spine and pages for easy binding.
I designed this gratitude journal to be cut with an electronic cutting machine like a Cricut. It is available in my Etsy shop and comes with svg, eps, png, and dxf files for cutting on all machines.

Thank you so much for stopping by and I hope you enjoyed this project!
Glad you enjoyed the daily gratitude! I started one in 2020 with a friend. We would write down 3 things each day & text a picture to the other. This kept us accountable, while also sharing what was going on in our lives. In 2021 we continued but modified to sending once weekly. This year we both are on our own, & share once or twice a week. I immediately saw a shift in my perspective, for the better!
